Dr Ash Barker is an experienced community organiser and United Reformed Church minister who has lived on three continents and currently works in Winson Green, Birmingham, where his Seedbeds initiative is empowering local people to recognize their own leadership potential in ways that can change the neighbourhood and make a real difference to the quality of life in community.
