This committee deals with financial matters concerning Presbytery and Congregations through
- Reviewing congregational accounts prior to their submission to OSCR
- Offering advice and assistance to Congregations on financial matters
- Ensuring compliance with General Assembly regulations regarding M&M contributions and the allocation of allowances
