What We Do
This forward-thinking committee helps Presbytery to fulfil its duty of providing general pastoral oversight and superintendence of congregations but it is much more than this! The Committee
- Support congregations in their development and implementation of vision through Local Church Review
- Ensure those who are vulnerable are cared for in our congregations through overseeing Safeguarding
- Provide pro-active support congregations and ministers where there is conflict to help an issue becoming a divisive factor
- Liaising with Presbytery Office to arrange the Inspection of Congregational Records
